All the fixin’s of our whole Thanksgiving Dinner, half the size.

Dinner Includes

  • Appetizer – Your choice of Mulled Cider & Onion Soup, or Baked Brie en Croute
  • Main Course – 1/2 Brined and Roasted Turkey
  • Choice of 3 Scratch-prepared sides -Rosemary-Garlic Mashed Potatoes, sweet ginger glazed carrots, 3-cheese mac & cheese, Apple-Cranberry Cornbread & Herb Stuffing, Buttered Sweet Peas, Almond Green Beans
  • Bacon-Cheddar biscuits, Turkey Gravy + Cranberry sauce
  • Dessert – Your choice of 1/2 of the following: Rich Brandy-Laced Pumpkin Pie, Homemade Apple Pie, or Orange Sponge cake

Heating Instructions

Let turkey come to room temperature (~45 mins to 1 hour) Warm 1/2 turkey in the oven at 225 degrees for 30 minutes – or until warm all the way through*

Warm all sides

  • Oven:  In oven-safe container on 325 for 10 minutes or until warm all the way through **
  • Stove Top:  (Gravy) Place in pot until warm all the way through

*Chefs tip – carve turkey prior to warming. pour 1 cup of chicken broth or stock over meat (also prior to warming)

** Do NOT place gravy in oven
