A whole, young 16-18lb Turkey brined in our special seasonings and ready to cook! Turkey comes ready to cook in a roasting bag and freshly delivered to you!

 

Cooking instructions:

Conventional Oven:

  • Rub turkey generously with Olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Cook at 325 degrees per chart below (or until Turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees when thermometer is inserted into the thigh (dark meat takes the longest to cook))
    • 14 to 18 pounds 3 3/4 hours to 4 1/4 hours
      18 to 20 pounds 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 hours

Convection Oven:

  • Rub turkey generously with Olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Cook at 300 degrees for 20 minutes per lb (or until the Turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees when thermometer is inserted into the thigh
