Ingredients

Chicken Breasts, Lemons, Capers, Artichokes, Butter, Flour, Oil, White Cooking Wine, Salt & Pepper, Rice (Cooked)

Heating Instructions

Directions:

  1.  Pour yourself a glass of white wine and put on your favorite music.
  2. Lay everything out on your kitchen table.
  3. Put chicken in flour bag and shake.
  4. Heat a sautee pan to medium heat.
  5. Add oil to pan and heat oil for one minute.
  6. Add chicken to pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.  Only flip the chicken once.
  7. Remove chicken and set aside.
  8. In same pan, melt butter on low heat.
  9. Once butter is melted, add capers, artichokes, and white wine.  Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add chicken back into pan with sauce.
  11. Microwave the rice in a microwave safe dish covered with saran wrap.  If you don’t have a microwave, you can put the rice in an oven safe dish, add a little water, cover with foil and heat at 350F for 10 minutes.
  12. Plate rice, chicken, smother with sauce and serve.
